What kinds of products do you sell?
We offer musical instruments and accessories recommended to our music students. That includes drums, guitars, pianos, ukuleles, vocal accessories, music books, a music themed T shirt, and essential accessories like strings, picks, tuners, and stands.
Where do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping times vary by product and carrier but most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. If an item has a longer lead time it will be noted on the product page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Instruments must be returned in original condition and packaging. Some items like opened books or digital products are final sale. See our full Return Policy page for details and step by step instructions.
Do you offer instrument setup or tuning before shipping?
Some instruments are set up and inspected before shipping. For guitars and ukuleles we can provide basic tuning and setup on request. If you need a professional setup quote, contact us before purchase so we can arrange it.
Do you sell used or refurbished instruments?
Occasionally we offer inspected used or refurbished instruments. Each used item listing clearly states its condition and any restoration work performed. New instruments are labeled new.
Can I buy instruments or accessories for my student through you?
Yes. Many parents and students buy recommended instruments and accessories directly from our store. If you need help choosing the right item for a student level send us an email with the student's age and experience and we will recommend options.
Do you offer discounts for lesson program purchases or bulk orders?
We can provide discounts for bulk orders and for students enrolled in our lesson programs. Email us with details of your order and we will prepare a custom quote.
How should I care for and maintain my instrument?
Care varies by instrument. General tips are to store in a case when not in use, avoid extreme temperatures and humidity, change strings regularly on stringed instruments, and keep drums and keys clean. We sell care kits and can recommend care routines for each instrument.
Do you sell digital lesson material or sheet music?
We offer a selection of music books and printed sheet music. For digital lesson material check the specific product page. Some digital items are delivered by email and are non refundable.
